Title IX

Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex including retaliation against someone who has filed a report, is involved in an investigation, or otherwise asserted rights protected by Title IX. We encourage students to report incidents involving sex discrimination or sexual harassment, including sex/gender-based violence, dating or domestic violence, gender-based harassment or stalking.  Student policies and procedures for reporting complaints of sex discrimination, including sexual assault, can be found in the University of Cincinnati Student Code of Conduct.

There are many resources available to support students who experience sexual harassment or sexual assault during their time here.  There is also counseling and support available to survivors of sexual assault.

For additional information about Title IX, see the University of Cincinnati Title IX webpage.
