Scholar-in-Residence
Valerie Gray Hardcastle's research focuses on the interface among neuroscience, psychiatry, and ethics. As Scholar-in-Residence at the Weaver Institute, Hardcastle will be examining the implications recent work in neuroimaging studies of truth-telling, memory, mental health vulnerabilities, predispositions for violence, prejudice, interpersonal skills, and the like have for the notions of responsibility, punishment, agency, and privacy.
Adjunct Professor and Administrative Director
Jim Hunt is a practicing attorney with a special interest in Mental Health Law. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and has taught the Introduction to Law and Psychiatry course at the Law School for over 30 years.
