The supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows 8 and 8.1 (excluding Surface and Surface 2 RT), Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Vista, Apple OS X 10.6 "Snow Leopard" (Intel only) up to Apple OS X 10.9 "Mavericks".
The following operating systems and devices are NOT supported by the exam software: Microsoft Windows XP and earlier, Apple Macintosh OS X 10.5 Leopard and earlier, Linux, Chromebooks, Microsoft Surface and Surface 2 RT tablets, virtual operating systems (VMs), Apple iDevices (iPad, iPhone, etc.), or Android tablets.
The exam software is usually available for downloading approximately 10 days to 2 weeks before the start of exams. For those who have not used the exam software, there will be a presentation to give you an overview of the software just before the start of the downloading period for the Fall exams.
