At its January meeting the University of Cincinnati Board of Trustees elected two law school alums to key leadership positions: C. Francis Barrett and Robert E. Richardson, Jr.
C. Francis Barrett ’71 was elected chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the University of Cincinnati for the 2012-2013 academic year. This follows his role as vice chair for the past two years. Robert E. Richardson, Jr. ’05 was selected to serve as secretary of the Board of Trustees. Richardson is the Executive Director and Founder of the Coalition for Sustainable Communities, a nonprofit development corporation which invests in development projects that are sustainable for both the community and the environment. He serves as Of Counsel with the law firm Branstetter, Stranch, & Jennings. His practice areas include labor and employment, personal injury and wrongful death, and class action litigation.
