The first Practicum will cover the case of State v. Tyrone Noling.  Participants will be OIP's Carrie Wood, who argued the case, plus Professors Mark Godsey and Chris Bryant. Professor Marianna Bettman will moderate the discussion.  At issue in this case is how a trial court must handle a subsequent request for DNA testing under an amended statute, and a complicated jurisdictional issue as well.  The preview for this case can be found here.
