August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Competition
The UC Law Moot Court Honor Board is proud to host the 33rd Annual August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Moot Court Competition. The Rendigs Competition is the only national competition devoted to products liability law. The competition honors Mr. August A. Rendigs, Jr. (1895-1988), one of Cincinnati’s most respected trial lawyers. This competition is open to thirty teams from ABA-accredited law schools.
The competition will take place over two days, February 21-22, 2020. Past judges for the final round of the competition have included federal and state judges from around the country. Another highlight of the competition is the semi-formal dinner banquet that the Moot Court Honor Board hosts following the first day of competition.
Please print and fill out this registration form and mail a hard copy of the form and a check to address listed on the registration form. Specific instructions regarding payment are in the registration form. Registration closes December 19, 2019. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
We will be accepting registration payment by check (see the registration form for details) or Eventbrite. Additional fees will be incurred for online payment as required through Eventbrite website terms.
Once you are registered for the competition, the Honor Board will provide you with a link for a discounted room rate ($119 plus tax) at the downtown Westin Hotel (where the banquet will take place).
