Reserving Space
Anytime you wish to reserve a room, whether it be for a public event or private meeting, you must do so through 25Live.
- You can log in to 25Live at schedule.uc.edu using your central login username (6 + 2) and password.
- You can also access 25Live by clicking the Reserve a Space button above.
- Once a request to reserve a room has been approved, that room can no longer be reserved.
- Requestors will be contacted via email by one of law school’s location approvers once their request has been approved or denied.
- If an event or meeting requires A/V assistance, you will need to make arrangements separately by emailing law_av_supt@uc.edu .
- Note: The requestor should include that they will need time before and after the event for set-up when prompted by 25Live to do so.
- There are guides in the 25Live interface on how to reserve spaces, but if you need further assistance, please contact Lori Strait.
