Dean Crabbe leads strategic planning for CPD and works closely with the Assistant Director of Employer Relations on employer outreach and relationship building. Her responsibilities also include overseeing graduate employment outcomes, the conceptualization and shaping of career and professional development programs and events, and providing expert career counseling as one of the office’s three career advisors. With a career spanning public defense, higher education, and private practice, Dean Crabbe is dedicated to empowering students to discover their unique paths
and how they want to share their talents with the world. She has consistently demonstrated a commitment to justice, equitable access, student success, and innovative leadership throughout her professional journey. Her achievements have earned her recognition as an ABA On the Rise Top 40
Young Lawyer and as a Literati Award winner. Through her work, she hopes to inspire growth and make a meaningful difference.
