Programs and Events

The Professional Development series consists of career themed sessions led by CPD staff, faculty and external partners on various topics in order to prepare students with the knowledge and skills to help them reach their career goals and succeed in the lively job market.  The series will also help students to network and build relationships with future colleagues

First Look is an innovative event that introduces Cincinnati Law 1L students to the Greater Cincinnati legal market.

First Look:

• Levels the playing field. Students get information about a variety of career paths at the same time by creating a common starting point for student career exploration.
• Saves time. First Look is an information fair that requires less time and delivers more impact—meet 1L students at one time in one place.
• Jumpstarts recruiting. When it's time for you to hire, students already know who you are and the kind of work you do.
